Vegan heaven!Half of the menu is dedicated to Veg options! My favorite vegan choice in factoria/ newcastle area.

Excellent food and can make a lot of things gluten-free. There are places with better pho, but it's good here.

Nice food but a bit too sweet for Thai food. They have good vegetarian options including fake meats. Service was prompt even though it was crowded.

The food was exceptional. I ordered the vegetarian cashew chicken (spicy level 5/5) and spring rolls. They didn't disappoint on the spice or flavours at all. Both items were great. Their vegetarian/vegan menu is so extensive that I don't think I'll be ordering the same thing during my next two dozen visits. Their regular menu is even longer for those who still eat meat. The reason Square Lotus hasn't earned 5 stars from me is because the service was basically non-existent. We found ourselves searching for our server multiple times. Halfway through our meal we were the only table occupied so that should have made it easier to wait us, but maybe it was an off night. The food is still definitely worth it in my opinion and usually the reason someone goes to a restaurant in the first place.

Large selections on the menu - very good fried egg rolls, and the pho noodle with generous portion - ordered the rare steak and meatball pho. Delicious. The grilled port with vermicelli noodle is also good. If you ask, you can get extra dipping sauce for your noodle. The food portion are generally generous.Plenty of seating inside, no seating outside. Plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. Service is quite good.

Mongo sticky rice is so delicious! Short rib is cooked perfectly

The crepes were too greasy for our liking. But the spring rolls, pho and mango with sticky rice were all great. Service was quick and good, and there is a lot of seating but it was packed (a good sign!). Overall a nice experience, Will be back!

If you're having an urge for some authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Square Lotus will surely meet, if not exceed, your expectations. The food is great; the service rivals that at high-end eateries. Don't believe me? See/taste it for yourself the next time you're stumbling around in the Factoria (Bellevue) neck of the wood.

This place has good vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Delicious Vietnamese food. Having already tasted the local food in Vietnam, this place serves almost a much closer variety and taste as the local food in Vietnam.

Though a little loud, the food was wonderful and though our party ordered a variety of dishes, everyone was quite pleased. I love that the lighter fare is not just a bit smaller but also prepared with a healthier/lighter touch, which I enjoyed. Everyone was still quite satisfied, and you didn't feel bloated and uncomfortable as you can tend to do with Vietnamese vegetarian.

We were seated very quickly during the lunch rush even though we had a table of seven. Complimentary jasmine tea and authentic food. Loved our meals!

This place has great food and many Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian options to choose from.Perfect for an official lunch too (if you are less than 10 people). Its almost always full and has close to 5-10 minutes wait before you can get seated (you will not regret the wait).Food and service is amazing. You should try egg noodles - crispy and their vegetarian beef/chicken/fish dishes - basically they cook non veg lookalike dishes with Tofu and Gluten and they're pretty good.Good quality food, filling quantity with some decent ambience and great service at an affordable price.

The food is good, the waiters are courteous. My cup was never empty. We tried everyone's food and found it all to be tasty and fresh. I highly recommend it.

A great place with variety of vegan options. They have the imitation of all the vegan dishes

Food was delicious. The portions are parsimonious compared to other restaurants. The Bun Boe Hue was pretty good ~ I wish it had been spicer. The Green Curry with Jasmine rice was very nice. In addition, the Lemongrass Beef with brown rice was amazing. The service could be better with waitstaff that was a bit more attentive.
